Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site construction supervision for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, etc.).
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams on a daily basis.
- Review and approve method statements, work plans, and construction schedules.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Quality Assurance and Control
Implement and enforce
QA/QC procedures
on site.
Conduct inspections, review test results, and ensure corrective actions are taken when required.
Ensure compliance with
international standards and Saudi codes/regulations
.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
Experience
- 15+years of experience in infrastructure construction and supervision projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure works (roads, utilities, urban development).
- Experience working in Riyadh or GCC region is highly preferred.
