Job Purpose
Support the Construction Manager in executing electrical construction activities for BESS projects.
Ensure safe, timely, quality, and compliant execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate electrical installation for BESS, MV/LV systems, transformers, PCS/inverters, switchgear, cables, earthing, and auxiliary systems.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly construction activities against the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, testing and commissioning, and subcontractor teams.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
- Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Review method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments for electrical works.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, NCR resolution, and punch-point closure with QA/QC.
- Coordinate with vendors on equipment installation, inspection, testing, and technical support.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization activities.
- Monitor progress, identify constraints and delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate client and consultant inspections, approvals, and technical issues.
- Maintain progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation; ensure HSE and electrical safety compliance.

- Electrical construction activities must comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Construction execution must comply with HSE requirements and electrical safety procedures.
