Job summary

Planning and site execution

• Plan and control site activities, productivity, schedules, construction methods, production systems, method statements, and work procedures.
• Prepare work packages, construction sequences, and pre-start plans; coordinate logistics and timely delivery of resources.
• Manage pre-commissioning, handover, and snag closure.
• Supervise site organization and construction; ensure work complies with programs, drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
• Track design changes and instructions; coordinate subcontractors and review progress, productivity, quality, and corrective actions.

Quality, liaison, and safety

• Review quality observations, NCRs, and inspection reports; ensure corrective action and that inspections and tests are approved before work is covered.
• Manage non-conforming work, remedial actions, and subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Review drawings and specifications and resolve technical issues with Engineering and the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders; document instructions and coordinate cost-related changes with commercial teams.
• Enforce HSE policies, safe work practices, and statutory requirements; promote safety and respond to violations and emergencies.

Qualifications and competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 15+ years in construction management; high-rise building project experience is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, logistics, site execution, planning, scheduling, and production control.
• Leadership, team management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient spoken and written English; strong computer skills and familiarity with construction-management tools.
• Able to manage conflicts, risks, and critical site situations.
