The Construction Manager is based in Abu Dhabi and works on service station and industrial engineering.
The role manages site construction to deliver safely, on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and resolve delays.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Review work plans, method statements, and progress reports.
- Oversee inspections, snag clearance, and project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field from a program of at least four years.
- 20 years of experience, including 12 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Resident of Abu Dhabi.
