The employer seeks an experienced, hardworking Construction Foreman to join its construction team.
Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and construction workers.
- Coordinate shuttering/formwork and steel fixing activities.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Maintain quality standards and enforce site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Construction Manager.
- Prepare daily manpower and work progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in building construction.
- Knowledge of shuttering/formwork, steel fixing, and concrete works.
- Ability to manage and supervise site workers effectively.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
