Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction and commissioning; manage EPC/BOP contractors, suppliers, and engineer teams.
- Ensure HSSE, quality, schedule, budget, and performance compliance.
- Lead site activities, design reviews, technical meetings, and commissioning coordination.
- Manage interfaces with grid operators, offtakers, authorities, contractors, and key vendors.
- Monitor schedules, technical deviations, change orders, and corrective actions.
- Support contractual matters, claims, and contractor performance.
- Complete project handover to the O&M team and report progress and technical matters to senior management.
Candidate requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of construction/project management experience in major energy or power projects, including at least 5 years of large-scale energy construction experience.
- Strong experience managing EPC/BOP contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Understanding of commissioning, grid integration, project interfaces, EPC/IPP contracts, claims, and change orders.
- Strong HSSE and site leadership experience; strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Middle East/GCC experience is preferred.
Compensation
- AED 30,000–52,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Site-based in Saudi Arabia.
