Lead a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role combines commercial leadership, clienteling, and luxury retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead boutique performance, sales, operations, and customer experience.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and store KPI achievement.
- Build relationships with HNW/UHNW and VIP clients.
- Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team.
- Maintain luxury presentation, visual merchandising, and brand compliance.
- Oversee stock, inventory, security, and daily operations.
- Develop clienteling initiatives, private appointments, and personalized experiences.
- Work with regional management on sales strategy, events, and business development.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or high-end luxury retail.
- Previous boutique or store management experience and sales team leadership.
- Strong clienteling background and exposure to VIP and high-value customers.
- Commercially driven, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and brand representation.
- GCC or Saudi luxury retail experience is highly preferred.
- Arabic and English language skills are highly desirable.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 15,000–18,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
