- You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven teammates.
- You'll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-criticality projects, ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds contractual and customer expectations.
- Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Directors, Project Teams, Line Managers, and Support Functions), manage customer relationships, and oversee project governance to deliver exceptional results.
- You’ll specifically take care of optimizing project financial performance, including margin and cash, but also lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
- We’ll look to you for:
- Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance
- Defining project strategy and ensuring alignment with contract requirements
- Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders, including resource and team management
- Managing customer and external stakeholder relationships
- Proactively managing risks, opportunities, and savings
- Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and ethics

- A Master’s degree
- 15+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry, including at least 5 years managing medium-critical projects
- Experience working in multinational companies and across diverse business cultures
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of railway products and systems
- Advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and complex project environments
- IPMA Level A certification (or equivalent) is desirable
- Familiarity with Alstom’s processes is a plus
