• You'll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-criticality projects, ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds contractual and customer expectations.
• Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Directors, Project Teams, Line Managers, and Support Functions), manage customer relationships, and oversee project governance to deliver exceptional results.
• You’ll specifically take care of optimizing project financial performance, including margin and cash, but also lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
• We’ll look to you for:
• Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance
• Defining project strategy and ensuring alignment with contract requirements
• Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders, including resource and team management
• Managing customer and external stakeholder relationships
• Proactively managing risks, opportunities, and savings
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and ethics

• Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
• A Master’s degree
• 15+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry, including at least 5 years managing medium-critical projects
• Experience working in multinational companies and across diverse business cultures
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of railway products and systems
• Advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and complex project environments
• IPMA Level A certification (or equivalent) is desirable
• Familiarity with Alstom’s processes is a plus
