Overview
We are hiring a Concierge Supervisor for a premium residential/hospitality environment that requires strong professionalism and high-quality service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in roster preparation and shift scheduling
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in Excel, reporting, KPIs, and email communication
- Ability to handle operations and risk management
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is preferred
- OR experience handling VIP clients and delivering premium services
- Bachelor’s degree is required (minimum requirement).
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise concierge and reception operations
- Manage daily staff schedules and workflow
- Ensure high-quality service standards for residents and visitors
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management
- Monitor and improve team performance (KPIs)
- Handle operational issues and make effective decisions
- Deliver a premium and professional guest experience
Salary
SAR 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
