The Concierge Supervisor oversees daily concierge desk operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, supervise, and support concierge team members.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
- Coordinate medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest services.
- Facilitate registration and elevated service for VIP guests.
- Promote hotel services and programs.
- Oversee concierge expenditures and payroll in line with budget guidelines.
