Area of Responsibility

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum 1 year of Front Office or related experience preferred

Previous experience with Opera PMS is an advantage

Strong ability to build rapport and connect with guests

Bilingual candidates and experience in luxury hospitality preferred

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Strong service mindset and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Clean criminal record required

On-the-job training provided
