Role overview

Guest service duties

• Engage guests to identify preferences and anticipate needs for personalized experiences.
• Arrange travel, entertainment, dining, and cultural activities; provide directions and transportation options.
• Keep detailed guest request and booking records in concierge software and share key updates with colleagues and management.
• Provide informed recommendations using local knowledge of Dubai transportation, dining, nightlife, shopping, arts, and culture.
• Respond effectively to guest requests and complaints and deliver service aligned with the hotel's quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team, participate in meetings, and model communication, empathy, and service excellence.

Experience and education

• Senior school qualification or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a five-star hotel, including at least two years in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office.
• Previous work experience in Dubai is essential.

Systems and languages

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PSMS, Alice, and other relevant front office systems.
• Excellent English communication skills are required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills; ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
