Overview

We are looking for a

Compliance Officer

to ensure all operations within our Real Estate Trustee Office are conducted in full alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service standards.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in working within regulated environments.

You will play a key role in monitoring transactions, ensuring procedural accuracy, and supporting the office in maintaining high standards of compliance and service quality.

****Key Responsibilities****

**Regulatory Compliance & Oversight**

  • Ensure all transactions and operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor adherence to procedures, guidelines, and service-level standards
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation
  • Act as a point of reference for compliance-related queries

**Audit & Quality Control**

  • Conduct regular checks on transactions, documentation, and system entries
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed through

**Process Improvement & Risk Management**

  • Identify operational risks and recommend improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls
  • Work closely with management to enhance process efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining clear and structured operational procedures
  • ****Documentation & Reporting****
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance checks and findings
  • Prepare reports on compliance performance and audit results
  • Track issues, resolutions, and corrective actions
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all transactions
  • ****Training & Awareness****
  • Support staff in understanding compliance requirements and procedures
  • Assist in onboarding and training related to policies and systems
  • Promote a culture of accountability and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Previous experience in compliance, audit, or quality control roles
  • Experience in real estate trustee office, banking, legal, or government-regulated environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of compliance procedures and risk management principles
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to review processes and identify gaps
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
