Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Compliance Officer with CISI certification and UAE experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and support the company’s compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (including SCA, AML, and KYC requirements)
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage reporting obligations
- Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities
- Provide compliance guidance and training to staff
Requirements:
- CISI certification (mandatory)
- UAE compliance experience required
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory framework (SCA, AML, KYC)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, brokerage, or fintech industry
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems
