We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain company compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records and reports for regulatory authorities and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pay: AED17,850.00 - AED18,768.00 per month
