Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and support the design and maintenance of compensation structures.
• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation; prepare salary and benefits reports.
• Provide recommendations aligned with organizational policies and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate with HR and management on compensation planning cycles.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to employee questions about pay and benefits.
• Help ensure compensation and benefits support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Skills in compensation planning, compensation management, job analysis, job evaluation, and compensation structure design and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and HR or payroll systems.
• Knowledge of UAE compensation and benefits regulations and market practices is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
