Does This Sound Like You?
You have 2+ years of hands-on compensation experience , including job pricing and market benchmarking.
You're highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large sets of compensation data.
You can analyze data and explain what it means to HR and business partners.
You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Workday Compensation, job architecture/career pathing, or CCP certification is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually Bonus Eligible: Yes

- Work Arrangement: Remote Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
