The role designs and delivers experiences that strengthen resident belonging, lifestyle value, and retention.
What You'll Own
- Design and execute weekly community events across managed communities for all resident segments and age groups.
- Create family and children's programs covering educational, creative, physical, and social activities.
- Contact and welcome every new resident within 72 hours of move-in through a structured Welcome Program.
- Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, improve programs from feedback, and share insights with Operations and Marketing.
- Manage a resident loyalty program and build partnerships with premium local brands.
- Create authentic community content for SATEL marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for people and community building is essential.
- Experience in event planning, community management, hospitality, or residential experience is a strong foundation.
- Candidates should be comfortable engaging families, children, young professionals, and international residents.
- Creativity, energy, organization, and Arabic and English communication are required.
- Premium-environment hospitality, community management, or residential experience is a strong advantage.
