  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings, site visits and project events.
  • Manage community and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and sensitive issues within required timeframes, coordinating with site and project teams to investigate and resolve matters.
  • Identify emerging stakeholder risks and recommend practical mitigation measures to minimise community impacts.
  • Maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports on engagement activities, enquiries, complaints, commitments, issues, trends and compliance.
  • Provide communications and stakeholder engagement advice to project and site teams.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

A tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, together with at least three years’ experience in communications, community engagement or stakeholder relations.

Experience working on major infrastructure, construction, utilities, transport or other complex projects.

Experience preparing communications materials and managing community enquiries, complaints and sensitive stakeholder matters.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong community engagement, consultation and relationship-management capabilities.
