Communications PR Manager UAE ISCC

Job Description

• Amazon is seeking a creative communications (PR) professional to join our growing communications team in the UAE.
• You will be energized about working both autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
• In this role, you will report to the Head of UAE Communications and support both external and internal communication efforts.
• We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling that drives business impact and enhances brand reputation, along with knowledge of the UAE media landscape.
• This role is ideal for a communicator who can drive compelling narratives that resonate with consumers, media, and employees alike.

• Key job responsibilities
• Create and implement integrated consumer and corporate communication campaigns leveraging traditional, digital, and social media channels that support business objectives
• Lead internal corporate communications owned channels, creating cross-channel content
• Work closely with key stakeholders to create and execute truly integrated campaigns across all channels
• Manage and coordinate with communications agencies to ensure consistent delivery and messaging
• Support content development and review needs in Arabic and English across press releases, talking points, briefing documents, case studies, and other collateral for media and internal communication channels
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets
• Create and track KPIs, coverage reports, and campaign effectiveness metrics to demonstrate impact

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in professional communications or public relations
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience executing integrated communications campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external agencies
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in driving both external and internal communications
• Expertise in digital and social media communications
• Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and consumer behavior
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
