Procer Energy is a technical staffing agency specialized in providing qualified EPC personnel (Engineers and Technicians) for companies in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Marine Construction sectors.

We are currently recruiting a high-caliber Commissioning Manager for a major EPC project based in Abu Dhabi . We are looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between mechanical completion and final plant handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Client and Project Director regarding commissioning progress and technical challenges.

• Oversee the preparation of detailed commissioning procedures, including functional logic testing, emergency shutdown (ESD) checks, and performance runs.

• Manage the recruitment and mobilization of the commissioning team, ensuring the right mix of expertise is available for each project phase.

• Lead the Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) process and ensure the final punch list is minimized prior to handover to the Operations team.

• Coordinate with the Engineering and Construction teams to ensure "Commissionability" is integrated into the early design and build phases.

• 📊 Reporting To: Project Director / Operations Manager

• Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).

• Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in commissioning

• Project Background: Previous ADNOC project experience is strictly required .

• Regional Experience: Extensive previous GCC work experience is mandatory.

• Language: Native or professional proficiency in English is required.
