Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial remote work.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and achieving defined sales targets.

Additionally, the role includes facilitating meetings with potential clients, representing Teqminds at industry events, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Business development experience, including identifying growth opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, digital strategies, and custom development services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a client-facing role.
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in the technology or IT industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
