Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

The Commission Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue goals.

The role will include creating sales strategies, conducting client meetings, demonstrating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and providing product and service insights to prospective clients.

Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and market trends is also an integral aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, including lead generation and relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions
  • Knowledge or experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, especially in Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Understanding of digital transformation trends within the construction and asset management sectors is a plus
