Job description
Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking a Commis III Chef for its hot kitchen.
The role supports kitchen work and guest experiences, bringing creativity, willingness to learn, and interest in gastronomy.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and help deliver a high-quality hotel dining experience.
- Work with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding to enquiries and resolving problems positively and promptly.
- Complete assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver departmental plans and objectives and contribute to achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
- Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Build effective working relationships and promote company culture and values.
- Comply with applicable legislation and due-diligence practices; plan, document, and follow up on activities for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hot kitchen.
- Hands-on approach and a can-do work style.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties and tasks.
