Commis II - Bakery

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present bakery items, breads, pastries, and desserts according to Four Seasons standards.
• Support daily mise en place and production for outlets and events, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist with new bakery offerings and seasonal specialties.
• Store, label, and handle food safely; maintain a clean, organized, hygienic workspace.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support operations and guest experiences.

Candidate requirements

• Previous bakery or pastry kitchen experience; luxury hotel or high-volume experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
