Commis - I Tandoor

Ensure consistent food quality and maintain standardized recipes and presentation for all Tandoor dishes in accordance with Accor brand standards. Assist in the preparation and cooking of Tandoor cuisine, including kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian specialties. Maintain cost effectiveness by minimizing food wastage and using ingredients efficiently. Follow HACCP procedures and ensure proper documentation of food safety and hygiene records. Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Strive to exceed guest expectations through consistent food quality, taste, and service. Follow menu plans, recipes, and instructions provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Assist in the smooth operation of the Tandoor section and ensure the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Tandoor workstation, kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas. Monitor the freshness, quality, storage, and labelling of ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.
