Typical duties
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
- Know menu offerings, handle complex recipes, and oversee stations, execution, quality control, and inventory checks.
- Inspect dishes before serving to confirm quality and presentation.
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary; follow food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for food and supplies as needed.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
