The ideal candidate should have experience in **healthy food concepts**, café-style kitchens, and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking duties.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare healthy menu items, breakfast dishes, salads, sandwiches, and café offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the café.
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthy food concept café or restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
