As a Commis 1 – Italian Restaurant at Raffles Doha, you will support the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality Italian cuisine while maintaining the exceptional standards of the Raffles brands.

You will assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and mise en place while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail in every aspect of the guest dining experience.

You will work closely with senior chefs to develop your culinary skills and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment.
