Job Purpose
Manage and develop commercial service activities within the terminal.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to concessionaires, partners, and passengers while supporting revenue generation.
Commercial Operations
- Oversee daily commercial service activities in the terminal commercial operations area.
- Manage commercial service providers, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, and airport regulations.
- Identify new services and improve existing offerings to increase passenger experience and non-aeronautical revenue.
- Conduct inspections and audits for quality, safety, and brand standards.
- Handle operational issues, escalations, and complaints.
- Prepare performance reports, revenue analysis, and service quality dashboards.
- Support commercial contract negotiation and administration.
- Coordinate with F&B, Retail and Duty Free, and Area Allocation teams.
- Liaise with Operations, Security, and Facilities.
- Maintain records of agreements, permits, and commercial documentation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is required.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience, including one year in airports, is required.
Languages and Certifications
- Arabic fluency and English proficiency are required.
- Relevant certification in Commercial Management, Retail Operations, or Hospitality is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reporting and data analysis.
- Contract and document management.
- Commercial operations systems.
