Job Summary

The Head of Commercial Real Estate Director leads the strategy, leasing, operations, and growth of a commercial real estate portfolio. The role focuses on maximizing asset performance, securing tenants, managing broker and landlord relationships, and supporting long-term business objectives. Senior real estate director responsibilities commonly include portfolio strategy, leasing oversight, financial performance, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial real estate strategy for offices, retail, and mixed-use assets.

Oversee leasing activity, renewals, tenant fit-outs, and lease negotiations.

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, landlords, consultants, and service providers.

Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy, rent roll, cash flow, and operating costs.

Review acquisitions, disposals, developments, and investment opportunities.

Work with legal, finance, property management, and marketing teams on transactions and operations.

Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and investment materials for leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience in commercial real estate leadership, preferably at director or head-of-level.
• Proven record in leasing, asset management, portfolio strategy, and negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate returns, budgets, and investment cases.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of the Doha/Qatar commercial property market is a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing multiple commercial assets or a large portfolio.
• Familiarity with office, retail, and mixed-use leasing.
• Ability to work with developers, occupiers, investors, and government or municipal stakeholders.
• Experience using property and leasing systems, market databases, and reporting tools.

Pay: QAR175.00 - QAR350.00 per hour
