Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial and contractual activities across assigned projects
• Review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, project requirements, and applicable regulations
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, financialreporting, and commercial performance
• monitoring
• Prepare, review, and manage claims, variations, extension of time submissions, and change orders
• Identify commercial and contractualrisks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Provide commercial guidance and contractualsupport to project teams and senior management
• Administer FIDIC and otherstandard forms of construction contracts
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, commercial correspondence, payments, and supporting
• documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and project management teams to resolve
• commercial and contractual issues
• Support dispute resolution processes and commercial negotiations with stakeholders
• Monitor payment applications, invoicing processes, and cash flow performance throughout project
• lifecycles
• Prepare detailed commercial reports and contractual assessmentsfor executive management

Requirements

• Professional certificationssuch as MRICS, PMP, or equivalent are preferred
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, roads, or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of project commercial governance and financial controls
• Experience leading commercial teams within fast-paced project environments
