A Leading Detergent Company is currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team.
Role Description
The Commercial Manager – Detergent will m
anage and oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring optimal profitability and financial performance,
oversee commercial operations for detergent products, focusing on market analysis, pricing, and revenue growth within the K.S.A. market.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing commercial strategies, leading business planning activities, managing key customer and distributor relationships, and supervising contract negotiations and performance.
The role will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, and will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial plans.
This is a contract role and is fully remote, requiring effective virtual collaboration and regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to drive profitable agreements and oversee commercial performance.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret market data, forecast demand, and build sound commercial strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or detergent/cleaning products, with knowledge of K.S.A. or GCC markets, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in remote work tools and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against commercial targets in a contract-based environment.
