• who are fluent in Arabic, who bring strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters.
• What you'll be doing:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs, framework agreements, services, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply contracts
• Advising on corporate and governance matters, restructurings, and day-to-day in-house legal support
• Supporting transactions, projects, and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with business teams
• Identifying and managing legal risk, flagging issues early, and delivering pragmatic, commercially minded solutions
• Operating with confidence and agility in fast-paced, in-house environments
• What we're looking for:
• Admission in a common law or other internationally recognised jurisdiction
• A minimum of 5+ years' PQE, though this is flexible depending on experience and the secondment
• A background that spans both private practice and in-house
• Adaptability, pragmatism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A true consultant mindset, someone who genuinely enjoys partnering with the business
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
