Holya Infra is seeking a Commercial Executive with relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or a construction-related industry.
Required qualifications and experience
- Good knowledge of MOIAT, MOFA, SERA, duty exemption procedures, and Free Zone/Mainland import and export processes.
- Understanding of FTA, VAT, and commercial taxation requirements.
- Experience in vendor and contractor prequalification, evaluation, and risk management.
- Knowledge of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience managing overseas suppliers, including coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Requires 5 years as a Commercial Executive and 3 years each in the specified regulatory procedures, import/export processes, and taxation areas.
- Manufacturing or construction-related industry experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage overseas suppliers, including coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Handle commercial and procurement processes, including vendor and contractor prequalification and evaluation.
- Manage vendor and contractor risk assessment.
- Coordinate import/export procedures and duty exemptions across Free Zone and Mainland processes.
