Commercial Excellence Manager

is responsible for defining, implementing, and driving commercial excellence initiatives across Gulf+ markets to enhance the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and market access functions.

The role plays a key part in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening performance management, and enabling data-driven decision-making across a multi-market, dual-BU environment.

The position partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize commercial processes, improve performance visibility, and support sustainable revenue growth through advanced analytics, CRM insights, standardized methodologies, and robust performance management frameworks.

Commercial Excellence Strategy & Governance

  • Partner with senior management to define commercial excellence strategy, priorities, and annual objectives
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable action plans
  • Establish governance frameworks ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability across commercial processes

Go-To-Market (Gtm) Strategy & Execution

  • Lead development and execution of GTM strategies across Gulf+ markets, covering product launches, channel optimization, and customer segmentation
  • Align GTM plans with Business Units, Marketing, and Sales to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Monitor and optimize GTM effectiveness through continuous performance tracking and improvement

Commercial Analytics & Crm (Iqvia)

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (IQVIA OCE) and market data to support commercial decision-making
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting: data analysis, insights generation, and dashboard updates
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve field performance

Sales Force Effectiveness (Sfe) & Compliance

  • Define, track, and optimize field force KPIs: targeting, call frequency, coverage, and productivity
  • Act as a key member of the SFE Compliance Committee, ensuring adherence to internal policies and ethical standards
  • Lead SFE target list design and alignment with brand strategy across CHC and Rx portfolios
  • Drive HCP engagement compliance including consent management and GDPR/opt-in database governance

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Define, monitor, and refine commercial KPIs in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with DAX-based KPIs and automated data refresh
  • Deliver executive-ready outputs calibrated for EVP-level stakeholders with clear, single-sentence takeaways

Marketing & Resource Effectiveness

  • Optimize marketing processes, tools, and resource utilization to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Support the marketing team with performance tracking, campaign analysis, and execution insights
  • Provide analytical and process support aligned with overall commercial strategy and business objectives

Market Access & Pricing Effectiveness

  • Support initiatives improving market access and pricing effectiveness through data analysis and process optimization
  • Provide insights on access performance, pricing trends, and execution effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align access strategy with commercial execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as key partner to Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain and regional teams
  • Ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of commercial excellence initiatives
  • Support change management and capability building related to commercial excellence
  • Coordinate with external partners and regional teams to align best practices

Experience

8-12 years in Commercial Excellence, SFE, or Business Analytics within pharma or consumer health; proven multi-market / Gulf Cluster background.

Data & Crm

IQVIA/IMS data analysis; IQVIA OCE / Veeva CRM, Salesforce administration

Tech Stack

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint |Power BI (DAX, Power Query) | CLM platforms

Soft Skills

Executive communication; ability to distill complex data into clear narratives; comfortable navigating matrix organizations
