We’re Hiring: Commercial Director (Exhibitions)
Are you a commercially driven leader with a strong background in exhibitions? We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead revenue growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion across our portfolio of events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue
• Lead sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to maximize event performance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within exhibitions/events (mandatory)
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
