Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Collection & Reconciliation Accountant
with strong experience in handling
chain branch accounts, rebates, discounts, and trade promotions
, preferably within the
FMCG industry
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile chain branch accounts accurately and on time
- Handle accounting of rebates, discounts, and trade promotions
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collections
- Maintain and review aging reports regularly
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams for reconciliation and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all receivable-related transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in
- FMCG accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of
- rebates, discounts, and trade promotion accounting
- Experience in
- chain account reconciliation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000
