About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Collection & Procurement Officer** to join our Finance Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections, rental and utility payments, RTA coordination, customer receivables, and procurement activities while ensuring smooth financial and operational support across the company.

Collections & Receivables

  • Manage collection of utility payments, rental payments, and customer receivables
  • Follow up on overdue payments from credit customers and tenants
  • Coordinate RTA-related payments, settlements, and e-wallet balance management
  • Prepare collection reports, aging summaries, and outstanding payment reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections and customer accounts

Rental & Tenant Management

  • Handle rental collections for company properties (Al Qouz, Aweer, Al Qusais, and investment properties)
  • Monitor tenant balances and utility recoveries
  • Coordinate with tenants regarding payment schedules and renewals

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Obtain supplier quotations and conduct price comparisons
  • Coordinate procurement activities for operational and administrative needs
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Verify invoices, delivery notes, and procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, suppliers, customers, and RTA
  • Prepare monthly reports for collections, procurement, and outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized financial and procurement records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in collections, procurement, or finance operations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Experience coordinating with government entities such as RTA is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and payment tracking
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
