Saher Manage ment is hiring for "Cognitive AI Project Manager". Job Title: Cognitive AI Project Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate multi-vendor workstreams and manage dependencies across AI, cloud, data, and security
- Maintain RAID log and drive risk/issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with governance, architecture, and security standards
- Lead acceptance management: testing, KPIs/SLOs, and sign-offs
- Drive operational readiness: ITSM, monitoring, SIEM, and handover processes
- Manage change control, scope, and stakeholder approvals
- Provide status reporting, executive updates, and escalation management
- Oversee documentation, training materials, and deliverables
- Align delivery with contractual, SLA, and procurement requirements
Required Skills
- Strong project/program management in complex, multi-vendor environments
- Experience with cloud, AI, data platforms, and security dependencies
- Proficiency in planning, RAID management, and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native delivery practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project/program management experience (cloud/data/AI preferred)
- Experience in regulated environments (government/telco preferred)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, ITSM/SIEM
- Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile (preferred)
Tools MS Project/Smartsheet, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, MS Teams
Soft Skills Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and ability to manage escalations under pressure
