Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Coffee Machine Technician.
The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines.
Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring proper machine operation, and supporting clients with technical expertise.
The role also involves maintaining records of services performed and ensuring timely follow-ups for optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Machinery upkeep
- Strong skills in Machine Operation and Troubleshooting
- Technical knowledge specific to coffee machines is preferred
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Availability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
