Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in maintaining and operating commercial coffee machines.
- Knowledge of espresso systems, grinders, steam systems, and extraction calibration.
- Ability to disassemble, install, and clean machines professionally.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Experience in preventive and periodic maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems related to coffee machines.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns under pressure.
- Commitment to hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prepare maintenance reports and spare parts requests.
- Preferred experience with:
- La Marzocco
- Black Eagle
- Victoria Arduino
- Cimbali
- Ability to work under pressure and travel between branches when needed.
- Driving license is preferred.
- Professional discipline and punctuality are required.
