Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to recognize and address issues with the coating process or equipment in real time also ability to recognize and resolve recurring problems quickly
- Previous machinery operator experience in a continuous production environment
- Strong understanding of conveyance, coating, curing and printing equipment
- Meticulous focus on maintaining quality uniformity and product quality
- Ability to identify and address issues with the coating process or equipment in real time
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to read, interpret technical documents, work instructions, product specifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
