Overview
Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, drilling, multi-axis) to produce precision components for defense/arm applications
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
Set up machines, load raw materials, and adjust tools and offsets as required
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
Perform in-process inspection using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM if required)
Ensure components meet tight tolerances and defense-grade standards
Conduct basic troubleshooting and report machine faults or deviations
Maintain production logs and quality documentation
Follow strict safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
