Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC experience across projects and managed services.
- Strong understanding of JD Edwards architecture, installations, upgrades, Tools Releases and package management.
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, WebLogic, AIS, Orchestrator and BSSV.
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows and IBM i (AS/400) platforms.
- Experience with OCI, Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle One-Click Provisioning (OCP), including automated deployment, cloning, patching and lifecycle management of JD Edwards environments.
- Proven ability to work independently on JD Edwards CNC projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with PowerShell, shell scripting or similar automation tools would be advantageous.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced customer environment.
- Accountable, organised and attentive to detail.
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
