Job Overview
Cluster Digital Marketing Executive supporting digital marketing operations across a hotel portfolio.
The role manages digital platforms, creative assets, content, online visibility, brand consistency, and marketing administration.
The position combines creative production, digital distribution, SEO, AI-enabled workflows, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt creative assets for digital campaigns, internal communications, and hotel promotions.
- Create promotional materials, posters, flyers, brochures, digital assets, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and update digital signage and hotel screen content for promotions, events, campaigns, and guest messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across creative assets and guest touchpoints.
- Organize artwork files, templates, digital assets, and marketing resources.
- Manage hotel websites, online travel agencies, Google Business Profiles, and other digital platforms.
- Support website content management, landing page updates, and digital campaign execution.
- Manage online travel agency descriptions and images to improve visibility and conversion.
- Manage local SEO and conduct regular digital audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct brand compliance audits across platforms and marketing touchpoints.
- Implement AI-powered tools for content creation, research, reporting, automation, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, budgets, vendors, internal departments, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital distribution, e-commerce, or hospitality marketing.
- Experience managing websites, online travel agencies, Google Business Profiles, and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing principles.
- Advanced graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar productivity platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with interest in digital trends, content creation, and brand storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Previous hospitality experience, hotel platform knowledge, Opera experience, and additional languages are advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
