The Cluster Commercial Manager leads commercial strategy and execution across multiple hotel revenue streams.
The role aims to grow revenue and market share while meeting profitability and margin targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategies across Group, Conference and Events, Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
- Drive top-line performance and market-share growth.
- Partner with General Managers and Finance on revenue goals, cost of sales, profitability, and margin.
- Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, revenue management, and business reviews.
- Coordinate property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities.
- Monitor market trends and competition and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build relationships with owners, operators, corporate teams, and external partners.
- Support team engagement and retention through performance management, development, and recognition.
