Compensation and Benefits

• $60,000 base salary.
• Commission on every membership you sign and on the club's revenue as it grows.
• On-target earnings of roughly $82,000 in your first year depending on performance, including base, commission and presale bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Sales: convert leads to members through daily follow-up, relationship building, empathy, and follow through.
• Generate new leads, book and confirm fitness consultations, and run weekly email blasts.
• Speak to the training program and use the Anytime Fitness app, body scanner, and heart rate monitors to grow the training department.
• Member experience: know members by name and build a community people want to be part of.
• Run social media: your ideas, your posts, often you and your team on camera.
• Team building: lead a team and drive results through motivation and fun.
• Help hire coaching staff and part-time floor staff alongside the owner, schedule them, track their time, and manage the cleaner.
• Operations: run reports, set goals, and use club management and billing software.
• Answer emails, DMs and comments.
• Build B2B partnerships locally.
• Wipe down machines, rerack weights, and keep the club in the shape you'd want to work out in.

To Be Considered For This Position

• 2+ years in a sales, retail, hospitality or service role where you were responsible for hitting a number.
• Some experience leading or supervising a team, ideally with success leading a sales team.
• A plus: fitness industry experience.
• A plus: selling memberships, subscriptions or anything recurring.
• A plus: having helped open a new location.

Schedule

• A perfect applicant will be available full-time, 40 hours a week, including mornings, evenings and some weekends.
• This is not a clock-in, clock-out position; the employer is looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.
