Role Overview

Global Partner Strategy and Transformation

• Own partner transformation strategy and align partner technology roadmaps with Microsoft cloud and AI priorities.
• Help partners mature centers of excellence, factories, practices, offers, repeatable solutions, and managed services.
• Lead partners through large-scale cloud transformation and establish frameworks for global scalability.
• Advise partner CTOs, executives, and technical leaders on technology roadmaps across regions.

Innovation and Collaboration

• Provide thought leadership on generative AI, agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and advanced security frameworks.
• Collaborate with Microsoft regional, worldwide, engineering, product, and sales teams.
• Represent partner requirements and market signals to influence Microsoft product roadmaps.
• Develop and communicate long-term partner technology strategies across solution areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 8+ years in technical consulting, architecture, or strategy roles, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technical strategy, or partner technology leadership at global or enterprise scale.
• Expertise in multiple areas such as cloud infrastructure, AI, security, data and analytics, or modern work.
• Experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, cloud architecture, migration, and optimization.
• Experience leading global technical programs or engagements and influencing C-level executives.
• Strong executive communication skills.
